Sportability

At Activate we promote health and wellbeing throughout our curriculum. Sportability focuses on individual and group exercises and games, with each sporting activity being personalised at different levels for all of our students.

The subject has a focus on keeping active and team-building as well as developing confidence, communication and social skills. Some learners may also have specific areas for development, such as consolidating their hand-eye coordination and fine or gross motor skills.
