PSHE
Personal, social, health education (PSHE) sessions teach our learners about building and maintaining healthy relationships, managing money, developing a healthy lifestyle and keeping safe at home, online and in the community. Individualised activities as part of PSHE assist learners in becoming responsible citizens who make a positive contribution to society.
A large part of PSHE teaches learners how to embrace change and encourages them to manage risk, together with their own wellbeing. It also aims to introduce learners to new activities and personal challenges. The subject also promote inclusiveness and facilitate access to life in wider society.
Some learners will take part in relationship and sex education (RSE) lessons.
